This is imcinemob.com, the site for Cinemob, my Minecraft channel. Here is what the site collects, why, and how to get it deleted. Questions: [email protected].

What I collect

• The email list. If you sign up for an email, I store your email address, the time you signed up, which form you used, the country your request came from, and a salted hash of your IP address. The hash is only used to limit sign-ups to five an hour from one connection, to stop spam. Your IP address itself is not stored.
• Visit counts. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other sites.
• Membership, when it opens. Member accounts will be run by Outseta and payments by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe; I never see them. I'll see your name, email and membership status.

Who else sees a request

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts and part of its code from jsDelivr, so those services see your IP address as part of a normal web request. Links to YouTube take you to YouTube, where Google's privacy policy applies. The site sets no cookies of its own; it remembers small choices, like which splash text you saw last, in your own browser.

Why

To send the email you asked for: when membership opens, or when a new map comes out. To stop spam sign-ups. To see which pages people visit. Later, to run your membership and its downloads.

What I don't do

I never sell or rent your data, and I don't use it for ads.

13 and older

The site and its email list are for people 13 and older. If you think a child under 13 has signed up, email me and I'll delete it.

Getting removed

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and I'll delete it from the list. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold about you.

These are the terms for Cinemob membership, which opens soon. Membership is not on sale yet; this page says how it will work.

Membership

• Membership is a subscription: $5 a month or $45 a year. It renews until you cancel.
• Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Members get the map downloads and the full-resolution wallpapers. The films stay free to watch on YouTube.

Map files

• Map files and wallpapers are for your personal use.
• Don't re-upload, share, sell or redistribute the files or the download links.
• The downloads are Minecraft worlds only. No third-party shaders, resource packs or mods are included; get those from their creators, under their own terms.

Minecraft

Not an official Minecraft product. Not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

If these terms change, I'll update this page and its date.

If membership isn't for you, email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment and I'll refund it in full. Send it from the email address on your membership.

After that, you can cancel any time and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
